Inspector F, Version 1.3 has added revolutionary new file management tools to its already powerful meta-data handling capabilities for Windows files and Outlook data. You can now create Virtual Folders based on any item of metadata to view and analyze data from different points of view.
You can reorganize your files using the `Re-folder` option to cross reference and keep track of important files in multiple ways without creating duplicates or changing their locations. Or you can use `Re-folder` to permanently reorganize your data and archive old files.
The basic meta-data gathering and handling features have been enhanced with additional Windows Media Format data sets, improved filtering, custom data handling and on-screen editing.
A new online tutorial is available.
Inspector F runs on Win 95, 98, 2K, NT 4.0 & XP, is easy to install and intuitive to use.
The key feature is the ability to take a snapshot of all meta-data of files on a drive, folder or sub-folder and view and use the data on screen or export to Excel, Access, Word or XML.
Inspector F can inspect Outlook PST files and extract attachments and insert annotations into documents `Properties` fields.
