Declan`s Chinese Dictionary for Windows Mobile and Pocket PC uses the CEDICT Chinese-English dictionary database. Declan`s Chinese Dictionary allows flexible searches of the dictionary including using Pinyin (with and without tone numbers).The CEDICT databases are not shipped with Declan`s Chinese Dictionary but need to be downloaded and installed manually.
